I was a little nervous before my 1st appointment but within a few minutes Jennifer made me feel completely at ease. She listened to exactly what I was hoping to achieve and consulted with me throughout the whole treatment, making sure that I felt part of the process. She is a complete perfectionist and professional and really takes pride in her work which reflects in the beautiful results. I thought it was going to be an uncomfortable and unenjoyable process but actually it was relatively pain free and I was having such a lovely chat with Jennifer that time flew by and I actually really enjoyed it 😀 I’m already looking forward to my yearly top up!! 😃 xxx

Jeni is a very talented lady. She’s a perfectionist and is hugely diligent in listening to what you want and getting the template exactly right before doing anything at all. As a client you feel involved in everything and she is willing to change anything you are unsure about. She uses the best products, her salon is beautiful and she is super friendly and reassuring. Today I attended my appointment with Jennifer, I was made to feel welcome and at ease and i am so pleased that for the first time in 20 years I actually have eye brows you can see, I feel more confident and I can’t wait to see her again, I will definitely recommend her to all friends and family x
